  • 5 things to do on the daily to help elevate your mood, decrease anxiety, manage stress, and maintain your emotional wellness: T.I.M.E.S

✨T: be Thankful..practice gratitude • scan your day & identify at least 3-5 positive things that happened today
✨ I: be Intentional.. set intentions and be mindful of how your behaviors align with your goals/values. Inspire yourself to do something you like/love.
✨M: Meditate..focus on your breath. Inhale for a count of 4 seconds, hold for 4s, and exhale for 6-8s. Be present with yourself.
✨E: Exercise.. get you heart rate up. Go for walk, do Pilates/yoga, weight train. Get your body moving.
✨S: Sleep.. create a nighttime/bedtime ritual. Try to fall asleep before midnight and aim for 8 hours of sleep.
