Questions you might be asking

What can I talk about in therapy?

You can bring concerns about mood, stress, relationships, difficult experiences, parenting, or changes in your life. Your therapist will help you explore your goals.

What happens at the first appointment?

Your therapist will ask about what brings you to therapy, relevant history, and what you hope to work on. You can ask questions about their approach and discuss a plan together.

How do I choose a therapist?

Read our team bios and Psychology Today profiles to learn about each clinician’s background. You can also contact the practice with questions about fit.

Can I meet online?

Our clinicians offer telehealth to clients located in California. Michigan telehealth is available with Leya N. Solis, LMFT. Services depend on your location and your clinician’s authorization to practice there.
